Our Beliefs
We exist to connect young adults to Jesus Christ through community, discipleship, and mission.

I. The Gospel: We believe the Gospel is the greatest news in all the world. It is the story of how the God of the universe has rescued sinful people through the life, death, and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus is the only sufficient Savior and Lord, the one who conquered sin and gives life to everyone who receives Him by faith. For all those who turn from their sin and trust in Christ, they have the promise of life with God now and forever.

II. The BibleWe believe the scriptures of the Old and New Testament are the inspired, authoritative, and inerrant Word of God. We believe the Bible was written by human authors under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and is totally true and trustworthy in all that it teaches.

III. GodWe believe in the one true and living God who eternally exists in three equally divine persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is the triune God, the creator of the universe, the holy judge, and the redeemer of His people.

IV. Jesus Christ: We believe in Jesus Christ as the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin and lived a sinless life of perfect obedience and complete righteousness. By His substitutionary death on the cross, He saved His people from their sins and purchased their eternal redemption. Three days later, He rose bodily from the grave and then ascended into heaven to sit at the right hand of God the Father. He will return again to judge the world and welcome His people into His everlasting kingdom.

V. Holy Spirit: We believe in the full deity of the Holy Spirit. He is the third person of the Trinity, the one who convicts the world of sin, regenerates unbelievers, indwells believers and enables them to live godly lives in this world. We believe He leads God’s people into all truth and is the one who empowers our worship, evangelism, discipleship, and mission.

VI. SalvationWe believe all people are created by God but have sinned against him. As a result, we are all separated from Him. Salvation occurs when we are born again by the grace of God and made alive in Christ. Only when we trust in Jesus and His finished work on the cross can we be restored to a right relationship with God.

VII. The ChurchWe believe the church is the body of Christ made up of believers throughout the ages from a multitude of tribes, languages, peoples, and nations. The church is to be the visible representation of the kingdom of God here on earth, where her members join together in worship, discipleship, service, the observance of the ordinances, and the preaching of the Word. We believe Jesus Christ is the head of the church and has given her the mandate to go and make disciples of all nations.

VIII. Evangelism and MissionsWe believe in the exclusivity of the Gospel message and the urgency of the mission that Jesus gave to His people. It is the duty and the delight of every follower of Christ to make disciples of all nations. We believe God is glorified when the Gospel is proclaimed and people respond in faith. Until the day Christ returns, this mission remains unfinished.
